I Heart Crock Pots
Tonight, we had pot roast in our new slow cooker. It was a gift from Ryan's mother (thanks Lora!).
Terrific! The pork was so tender!
Tomorrow will be a busy day. I have book work and freelance work to do. On top of that, we have to do laundry and pack for Indiana!!!

I love my crock pot and I really need to use it more. I love the fact that you can throw stuff in there and walk away and do other stuff.
