For lunch, I had brussels sprouts, of course. And, everything else was just an accessory.
Seriously. Aren't brussels sprouts amazing? I quick-steamed mine so they were nice and crunchy.
"On the side," I had an ezekiel muffin w/natural crunchy PB and a small salad with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes and a touch of cheese. Plus, green tea. YUM!
I'm working on a big project for one of my clients today. Then, I'm taking tonight off (I've been working most nights lately) to hang out with hubby and a friend for dinner. I'm making pork chops.
