Hubby in the Kitchen Overshadowed

Hi. We've had a weird day here.

My mom is sick and has been hospitalized twice this week. Please say good thoughts for her (and my dad, who's with her).

We did Hubby in the Kitchen, but we were alot more interested in our conversation (as I was filling him in) than the dinner itself. The plan was for him to finish his Italian Turkey Sausage and Spaghetti dinner with a beautiful spinach salad. But instead, we just ate (and snapped a couple pics).

Blurry, but clearly my unfailing hero...

Earlier stuffs:

Yummy Lunch and Snack

(Honey Graham Z Bar)

Then, I found out my mom was in the hospital, and I might have had three of these:

These things happen. I talked to my dad tonight, and atleast for tonight everyone is resting and tomorrow is, of course, a new day.

In the crazy way life works, I got some really fun/interesting news today writing-career-wise for me.
I actually called my parents to tell them and they were rushing Mom to the hospital. So, for now, I'll keep it secret, but lets just say it combines writing and fitness (oh, and also extra income, which is always nice).

Everyone have a beautiful night. Kiss the ones you love.

  2. I hope your Mom is feeling better soon. I'm keeping her in my prayers.

  3. So sorry to hear about your Mom - I hope all goes well.

  4. Your mom and dad are in my
    thoughts and prayers.

  5. I hope everything goes ok with you mom. I'll be thinking about you and your family.

  6. I hope that your mom's condition has improved and that it is nothing serious. It must be tough to be so far away from your parents at this time.

I heart comments!
