Pain in the Back and Whatever Pasta

I've been having back pain. Yes, on top of carpal tunnel, here I am complaining about my back. Ridiculous, right? Gr.

Well, last night it was pretty excrutiating, so I was laid up on the couch with a heating pad. I took a muscle spasm pill and it absolutely knocked me out. I'm still like a zombie today. Now, I remember why I hate taking meds. Blah.

Even in my pain, I managed to throw together a pasta dish. I wanted something I could freeze for a quick dinner on another night.

I'll call it whatever pasta because I basically just used whatever was in my fridge.

I used the leftover chicken I made in the crockpot the other night and threw in some halved yellow cherry tomatoes, leftover green pepper from the stuffed peppers, and a zucchini.

Mixed with a can of cream of mushroom soup and nonfat milk.

I poured it all in a sprayed glass dish.

And, I baked for 35 minutes covered at 375 degrees.

Mm Mm Good.

So, what's going on? We're having some really beautiful days here in San Diego. I'm loving all this sunshine!

**Silly Survey**

Do you like snow?
What about rain?
What kind of climate would you prefer to live in?
Where is the most beautiful place you've ever been?
Do you like palm trees better than "regular" trees?

What about rain? If I'm safe and sound in my bed, I love to listen to the rain.

  2. I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well! :/ Back pain is the worst...

Do you like snow? I've only seen snow once in my life, in London. It was pretty cool! :)
    What about rain? Nooooo.
What kind of climate would you prefer to live in? I think I'm pretty lucky with Portugal. We have all seasons (though I despise winter) at least. I prefer warmer weather myself!
Where is the most beautiful place you've ever been? Oh lord. Some places in Portugal are gorgeous.
Do you like palm trees better than "regular" trees? Nop. :)

  3. Not much here except more snow yesterday....I wish it was all sunshine and prettiness. I'm ready to be getting outside more.

Do you like snow? No...absolutely NOT.
What about rain? Eh..we need it so I'm okay with it, unless it goes on for days and days. Plus I like the way everything smells after it rains.
What kind of climate would you prefer to live in? Sunshine most of the time with temperatures that stay between 60 and 80 degress year round :)
Where is the most beautiful place you've ever been? I think Alaska tops the list of places I've lived. As far as travels go...the black hills in N. Dakota were beautiful as was the drive through Icefields Pkwy in the Canadian Rockies.
Do you like palm trees better than regular trees? I like all trees :)
