Catch-Up (The Action, not the Condiment)

Hi!!!

This week has been busy, fun, hectic and wonderful. All at the same time. School and work have taken up a huge amount of my time. I will update as often as I can. I will read your blogs as often as I can. I think about what ya'll are up to even when I can't read, so don't think I forgot!

Hubby in the Kitchen was fabulous this week... Turkey Burgers w/roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Yes, that's a paper plate.

In addition, we had our first ever Lady Gago in the Kitchen... Lemon Pesto Pasta from Clean Eating Magazine. Fantabulous, as well. I love this trend of other people wanting to cook for me. Saves me SO much time!

I discovered my new favorite topping for a baked potato. Black beans w/a smidge of cheese. YUM!

And, we had dinner w/our friend and her baby. I don't know why I only took one pic.

And that was my week! Anything good with you?! I miss you guys!!!

  2. Ooo that pasta looks awesome!

One time I went over to my Brazilian friend's house and he made baked potatoes. His toppings were amazing:
