ParTAY & Weekend Overview

Hey Guys,
I have tons of work to do, but I want to give you a quick run down of the weekend. I'm afraid this will be more of a party overview than a food overview. When we're eating on the run, I rarely have the camera. Sorry!

Yesterday's lunch was a PB&J and tomatoes. Supper was subway and I didn't have my camera with me.

Last night was really fun. We needed to leave to hit up Jacks for the Birthday party around 9pm. Before that, we had some silly camera fun.

Me in Ryan's "party outfit."

We decided I looked much better in my clothes, so that's what I wore.

When we arrived at Jacks, they showed us to this very cool area in VIP. We were actually the very first ones there, even before the birthday girl. So, we grabbed drinks at the bar and stood outside on the patio. It was a nice night (sure beats the heat of the day).

We didn't have to wait long for the birthday girl to arrive, looking adorable I might add.

The party was a blast. It was great having our own area to hang out and dance in. We had our own server, sitting area, the whole bit. Jacks is actually the same place I had my bachelorette party, but VIP makes the club a whole new place. It was so fun!

Drinks and fun were had in abundance. Luckily, I switched to water halfway through the night, so my hangover was at a minimum.

I drink almost never, so the next day is always like a detox. Tons of water, healthy foods. This morning's breakfast was Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel w/almond butter and 1/2 a nanner.

Lunch was the other half of my $5 sub. Love that deal.

Dinner was early tonight. Quick and easy was the name of the game tonight. I used a Annie's Mac n Cheese w/tuna and peas.

I followed the directions for the most part, except I used greek yogurt instead of milk. I mixed the yogurt and powdered cheese together and added it to the hot pasta, along with a can of tuna. The peas were frozen, and I added them in during the boiling step. Turned out well.

Paired with some yummy watermelon.

The plan now is to finish up my work, go to Walmart for a second fan and grab some fro-yo on the way home from that low fat yogurt place down the road. Sounds like a perfect Sunday night to me!

Oh! I do want to let you know that we did choose from your suggestions for Hubby in the Kitchen and you'll have to wait and see on Tuesday!

I hope you all had a beautiful weekend. It was fun for us, but I'm pooped now.

xoxo
