Good morning!!!
This will be a quick one. I started off the morning with a PB english muffin and a big mug of cocoa.
I drink my cocoa with a bit of skim milk. Nice and creamy.

I'm not pregnant, but we're both ready for it. I am committed to getting my body as healthy as it can be in preparation not only for the future pregnancy, but also because I want to be an example of good health for my family.
Oh, and this is what I'm jamming to this morning. Man, can she sing. :)
Do you have a song you can listen to on repeat all day long? I have lots of them. Others include Hey Soul Sister by Train, Kelly Clarkson's Already Gone, and If Today Was Your Last Day by Nickelback. It drives my hubby batty. :)
I'm not ready for a baby yet (um a job and our own place first please) but I'm seriously considering it much more than I ever have. And I read somewhere that the weight you are when you get pregnant becomes the easiest weight to get back to after baby. I'd like to go into a pregnancy at a "normal" BMI. So that's what I'm working at right now.
ReplyDeleteI'll be interested to here how your journey goes!

It's so exciting for you to be trying for a family and that you want to be healthy for the future.

ReplyDeleteAnd I have a serious music repeat problem. I can listen to nearly any song over and over and over. Thank goodness I live by myself!
